How do I pay, and what will I see on my card statement?

We send a secure invoice by email and text once your order is confirmed. You pay it by credit or debit card through Stripe, either in full or 50% to start the build and 50% on delivery. The charge appears on your statement as MAPLE ZEN. We never take card details by phone, text or email.

I have a question about a charge.

Text or email us with your name and the invoice number and we will sort it out the same business day. Please reach us before contacting your bank: we can fix almost anything faster directly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Tell us as early as you can. Every bed is built to order, so a change to size, colour, headboard height or tufting is simple before the build starts and may not be possible once it is under way.

When will my bed arrive?

Three to four weeks from a confirmed, paid order. We contact you as the bed nears completion to set a delivery day, and our own team brings it in and assembles it in your bedroom, usually in under an hour.

I need to change my delivery day or address.

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. To start one, email hello@maplezen.ca or text us with your name and delivery date, and we will arrange pickup.

How are refunds paid?

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Once we issue one, banks usually post it within 5 to 10 business days.

Something is not right with my bed.

Send us a photo and a short note by text or email. We built it, so we want to hear about it, and we will make it right.
